At The WOW Center, health and fitness is about more than just attending a daily workout, it is a way of life. The no cost workouts teach us to step outside of our comfort zone while providing a space for community, fellowship, encouragement, prayer, and a place to call home.

  • Mondays: February 5th to May 6th, 2024 from 4:45pm to 5:45pm All Levels
  • Mondays: February 5th to May 6th, 2024 from 6pm to 7pm Intermediate - Advanced / CLOSED
  • Wednesdays: February 7th to May 1st, 2024 from 7pm to 8pm Total Body Workout / CLOSED


Please Note: Registration is required due to gym space for our 13-week winter/spring session. Women only. Must commit for 13 weeks and sign the Participation Registration and Release Form.
