The Embodied Beloved Book Study with De Bolton is a sacred, faith-centered invitation to
honor your whole temple—body, mind, and spirit—through intentional movement, nourishing practices, and Christ-centered mindset work. All ages and levels are welcome.

Postpartum & Play
Join us on Saturday, February 28th for a supportive and engaging Postpartum & Play Group, thoughtfully designed for moms/caregivers and their babies. This nurturing space offers connection, learning, and gentle support during the postpartum journey.
What to Expect:
- Gentle postpartum support
- Baby play ideas to promote early development
- Tips for bonding, regulation, and daily routines
- A welcoming space to connect with other moms and caregivers
Session Times:
- 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Babies 6–12 months
- 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM: Babies 0–6 months
