WOWorkouts
At The WOW Center, health and fitness is about more than just attending a daily workout, it is a way of life. The NO cost workouts teach us to step outside of our comfort zone while providing a space for community, fellowship, encouragement, prayer, and a place to call home.
WOWorkouts teach us discipline, commitment, and the will to keep fighting. We do not quit, we modify! Contact us for more information on joining a WOWorkout.
Upcoming WOWorkout Schedule (subject to change):
NEW FALL 2025 Session:
- Mondays:
Praise & Pilates - Beginning September 8th to October 20th from 6pm to 7pm
- Wednesdays:
Total Body Workout - Beginning September 24th to November 12th from 7pm to 8pm
- Fridays: 55+ Workout from 11am to 12pm
