WOWorkouts
At The WOW Center, health and fitness is about more than just attending a daily workout, it is a way of life. The NO cost workouts teach us to step outside of our comfort zone while providing a space for community, fellowship, encouragement, prayer, and a place to call home.
WOWorkouts teach us discipline, commitment, and the will to keep fighting. We do not quit, we modify! Contact us for more information on joining a WOWorkout.
Upcoming WOWorkout Schedule (subject to change):
Winter/Spring 2026 Session:
- Mondays: Intermediate/Advance
- 6pm to 7pm (February 2nd to April 27th)
- Every Other Tuesday: The Embodied Beloved with De Bolton (ages 18+ & all levels welcome)
- 11am to 12pm
- January 27th, February 10th, February 24th, March 10th, March 24th, April 7th, April 21st, May 5th, May 19th, June 2nd, June 16th, June 30th
- Must purchase book:
The Embodied Beloved
- Fridays: 55+ Fitness
- 11am to 12pm
Please Note: Registration is required due to space for our upcoming Winter/Spring session. Women only.
