Perinatal Support Program
Personalized Support for Mothers from Pregnancy Through the First Year Postpartum
The Perinatal Support Program is designed to help mothers navigate the transition into motherhood with confidence, practical guidance, and compassionate support in partnership with New Jersey Birth Equity Funders Alliance and New Jersey Maternal and Infant Health Innovation Authority.
Led by Paula Bradley, Strong Roots Occupational Therapy, a bilingual (Spanish/English), registered & licensed maternal and pediatric occupational therapist. This program provides individualized in-home services, education, and community-based support to help mothers thrive during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early parenthood.
Whether you are preparing for your baby’s arrival, recovering after birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or seeking support as your baby grows, this program offers evidence-informed care tailored to your unique needs, goals, and family routines.
